DESIGN GUIDELINES FOR RECREATIONAL VEHICLES
Posted on May 19th, 2020
Dear Quail Springs Ranch Residents,
We (the Property Owners Association Board) hope that this letter finds you and your families well. We look forward to being able to resume our annual gatherings, regular board meetings, and life as we knew it.
Quail Springs Ranch has a unique beauty that has drawn residents from all walks of life. However, the past several years has been a sort of boom for the community. This boom has many benefits for the residents however, it has also led the board to address some unique challenges.
As we have faced these various scenarios over the years, the Board has adopted specific design guidelines (provided through section 9.3(a) of the CC&R’s) to provide guidance in administering the CC&R’s. As the board is forced to address situations that are not clearly outlined in the CC&R’s, this has become a necessary burden to ensure the consistent and fair treatment for everyone while safeguarding the aesthetic integrity of the community.
To ensure everyone has access to this information, we are updating the website (www.quailspringsranch.org) to contain a link (under the ‘Documents’ tab) for the most recent design guidelines adopted by the Board. This ensures that as the Board rotates and time passes, there is no opportunity for losing guidelines and sets the precedents for future decisions to be made. The purpose behind this is to ensure the consistent and fair treatment for everyone while safeguarding the aesthetic integrity of the community, all in accordance with the CC&R’s.
We look forward to seeing everyone again. In the meantime, please contact the Board if you have any further questions. Below is the current update pending for the website. As a reminder, attendance in POA meetings is appreciated and provides opportunities to meet neighbors, get questions answered, and be a part of the community and its future.
Sincerely,
Broad of Directors
QSR Property Owners Association

STOCKING THE POND
Posted on Nov 17th, 2019
Recently the Board has approved the expenditure of $2,000 USD for stocking the pond. However, discussions with a Marine Biologist have enlightened us that the proper (one time) stocking of the pond with a fully sustainable ecosystem will cost $5,000 USD. Therefore, in order to meet the financial goal of $5,000 USD the board is asking for anyone willing to contribute to please contact Stephen Reich (POA President) to make their contributions and help us properly stock the pond this winter. Please make contributions within seven days of this letter.
